Impressions & Exposures: The Hand Magazine Exhibit opened last week at the Spiva Center for the Arts in Joplin, Missouri. 53 artists were represented from 23 states. My self-portrait, Detached, was published in the magazine earlier this year. What an honor to be included among so many talented artists.

The Hand Magazine emphasizes the importance of not only print making, but bringing people together to view printed works together. The Hand is dedicated to being the world’s premier forum for “alternative” and historic photographic processes and all types of printmaking. In addition to publishing four times a year, the magazine also curates or juries exhibitions to show the artists’ works. The exhbit will be on display through December 31, 2025.
